Tubedale Limited the International Project Management and Secure Hosting company have been acquired by Electranet Group the IP convergent services provider. As of 1st July 2010 Tubedale Limited will be formally renamed as Electranet IT Professional Services Limited. This is a strategy acquisition by Electranet Group in the development of their holistic IP convergent solution provision and forms part of a portfolio acquisition. Electranet Group are supported in this portfolio expansion approach by Zeus Private Equity.

"In 2009 The Legal Service Commission undertook a programme to Outsource its Application Hosting and provide a Data Centre Transition Service. This was a transformational programme for the LSC which required a fully coordinated Multi-Party Project approach driven by Business Continuity and Corporate Governance requirements. The programme affected the daily operations of all the LSC staff and involved two critical transitional weekend cutovers to achieve a fully functional live and development/disaster recovery facility split across two separate data centres.
Tubedale and Hays provided strategic technical support services to the LSC within the planning and feasibility stages of the project to facilitate and explore acceptable transition models. Tubedale has been involved in the provision of Advanced Data Centre services since 2000 and has completed numerous Data Centre moves and Technology Designs over the past ten years.
This was a challenging environment with very tight project time frames to achieve the client's ultimate transition in the critical time period. We provided a small cog in a very big wheel but congratulate the LSC on a smooth successful transition."

remotely:- Secure Software as a Service ‘S2aaS’ allows
clients to use the Tubedale Hosted Service to view and work on documentation
in a secure environment accredited to UK military standards.
