Managed Security Services available include Trust Consultancy, Network Security Services, Managed Personnel Security Clearance Services and Secure Managed Service Offices.
Trust Consultancy
In cooperation with the Communications Electronics Security Group (CESG), the UK Government’s National Technical Authority for Information Assurance, Tubedale’s staff of Trust Consultants works with individual clients to customize solutions to their meet their specific data and infrastructure security needs.
Tubedale can provide clients with a broad spectrum of services including but not limited to project managing a client’s security requirements, conducting risk assessments of an organisation’s current Physical and Network Security profile, process analysis & definition, and identifying resources and technologies required to promote good security planning and risk mitigation. Risk assessments are conducted utilizing tools such as the Microsoft Security Assessment Tool (MSAT). Risk assessments can include evaluation of an organisation’s Business Risk Profile, Infrastructure, Applications, Operations and Personnel.

Network Security Services
Tubedale can provide government and enterprise organisations with the CESG Listed Adviser Scheme (CLAS) consultancy to provide authoritative Information Security (Infosec) Information Assurance advice and guidance.
Tubedale’s staff works with customers to identify IT and network security requirements for compliance with any of the following:
- JSP 440 Defence Manual of Security
- JSP 480 Manual of Regulations for Installation of Communication & Information Systems
- BS7799 British Standard for Information Security Management
At the conclusion of a project, Tubedale provide clients with a detailed report in accordance with the BS and JSP standards, requirements, guidelines and procedures.
Managed Personnel Security Clearance Services
Tubedale’s staff is highly experienced in the administration and management of personnel with government security clearances. Working in accordance with the Developed Vetting Agency (DVA), Tubedale assist both government and enterprise organisations obtain the required security clearances for their personnel within defined projects from initial application through authorization.
Upon clearance approval, Tubedale can continue to provide assistance by maintaining the validity of the clearance throughout the duration of a contract through the processing of required renewal applications and ensuring that clearance requirements are adhered too. Tubedale staff can also provide back office project support for all security requirements, including the clearing of temporary or sub-contracted staff.
For enterprise customers, Tubedale can provide criminal records background checks through the Criminal Records Bureau (CBR) to further ensure the integrity of staff prior to hire.
Government Management Services
From time to time, organisations may have the need for additional secure facilities in which to operate. Tubedale provide customers with a variety of services to meet their specific needs. Services available include:
- Hosting of client networks and data and/or the provision of office space in a secure environment capable of holding classified information.
- Secure government and commercial business continuity facilities available to maintain the continuity of office operations during office moves or disaster recovery.
- Secure meeting space with secure conferencing capabilities.
